SF6 Gas Recycling carts are designed to do following operations:
1) Removal of Sf6 Gas from insulated enclosure
2) Liquifaction and Storage of reclaimed gas.
3) Evacuation of air and moisture
4) Cycling and re-cycling of stored SF6 gas through desiccant dryer and gas purification loop.
5) Vaporization of the stored SF6 liquid before transfer back to insulated enclosure.
6) Transfer of SF6 between cylinders and storage tank.
